We inspect, then provide a written quote usually within 1-3 business days.
Scheduling: 1-4 Weeks
Depending on season and backlog. Spring and fall are busiest. Emergency work jumps the line.
Installation: 1-3 Days
Most homes: tear-off and replacement in 1-2 days. Complex roofs: 3 days. Metal takes longer.
What a Work Day Looks Like
Crew arrives early, sets up protection for landscaping, tears off old roofing, inspects deck, installs underlayment and shingles, cleans up. Magnetic sweep for nails. You can stay home — it's loud but manageable.
Weather Delays
We don't install in heavy rain or high winds. If weather interrupts, we secure the roof watertight and return when clear.
